1) Where can I get delivered?

For catering orders, we deliver all over Hong Kong except Outlying Islands (No delivery in all Lantau as well). Please contact us if you are not sure about if we can deliver to your place.

2) Can we pick up at your store?

We welcome pick up at our store. Select pick up time and location at our order page.

3) How much is the delivery?

Delivery fee is paid directly to the drivers by you. Usually, ranging from $80 to $250 depends on the distance of your place from our shop. You will pick up at pick up from driver at parking area. Door-to-door delivery is available at an extra fee. You may contact us for a quotation.

4) Do you provide help to set up buffets?

We provide simple set up for Door-to-door delivery.

5) When can I be delivered? Where can I put my delivery time?

Catering orders can be delivered between 12:00pm to 21:30 from Monday to Sunday. You can specify the time at the order page. Please contact us if you would like to receive your order outside these hours. Extra fee will be applied.

6) When is the cut off time?

You can order 72 hours before the delivery date. You are encouraged to contact us in advance if the order is over 30 boxes. Please contact us if you have urgent orders.

7) Is there any minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum order quantity.

8) What is your cancellation policy?

All catering orders are non-refundable. Rescheduling of catering service is only available 24 hours prior to the delivery time at $300 fee. Please contact us for rescheduling.

9) What is your typhoon policy?

We will be closed during T8, T9 & T10 typhoons. If the signal is lowered or canceled before 4:00 pm, our catering service will be resumed after 4 hours. If the signal is lowered after 4:00pm all catering and delivery service will be cancelled.

If there is any risk of T8, T9 or T10 and you would like to postpone the event, you are encouraged to contact us 24 hours before the delivery date for a free rescheduling. The order can be used within 3 months from the date.

10) What is your other bad weather policy?

We remain open during T1/T3 typhoons & Amber, Red/ Black rain warnings. Extra delivery time may apply during extreme conditions.

11) Are food tongs and cutlery kit included?

For every $3000 order, 20 sets of free cutlery kit (wooden folk + paper plate) will be provided. Food tong can be purchased at $20/pc. Cutlery kit (wooden folk + paper place) can be purchased at $30/10 sets.

12) Can you provide Waiters / Chef?

We can provide waiters and chefs. Please contact us for quotation.

13) Do you do Tailor-made?

We can do Tailor-made products. Please contact us for quotation.

14) What are the size of the containers?

Party menu/ Canapes menu box: 24X24cm
Bento box: 24X21cm
Cold drinks: 300-350ml per bottle

15) Can you provide food tags?

Food tags are available at $15/pc. You can order at the order page.
